Unstructured interviews are inconsistent and heavily influenced by first impressions, which means hiring decisions are often based on how well a candidate interviews rather than how well they can perform the role. Structured interviewing applies consistent evaluation criteria to every candidate, which allows for objective comparison and reduces the likelihood of hiring someone who presents well but underdelivers.
We ask candidates to walk us through specific decisions they have made, challenges they have handled, and outcomes they have delivered in past roles. This shifts the conversation away from rehearsed answers and theoretical knowledge toward evidence of real-world capability. Vague or inflated claims are challenged, not accepted at face value.
We look for inconsistencies between what a candidate claims and what they can explain in detail, gaps in accountability, patterns of short tenure without reasonable explanation, and misalignment between their stated motivations and the role on offer. Red flags are documented and discussed with you before any hiring decision is made.

Every candidate is assessed against the same evaluation criteria, which are defined at the start of the process based on the role requirements. We document responses, rate performance across consistent dimensions, and provide a clear comparison in our feedback to you. This removes subjective impressions and gives you a structured basis for decision-making.
